Return Policy

We are committed to providing the best products and services to our customers and this is reflected in our Refund/Return Policy.
If you have simply changed your mind about a purchase, we DO NOT provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase.

Customers may apply for a return/exchange of items within 48 hours of receiving their package. Items can be exchanged or returned in the following cases:

  1. Item received is defective or expired.
  2. Item received is a different product from what you ordered.

Furthermore, the merchandise must be:

  •  in saleable condition;
  • unused with all original packaging;
  • returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable)
  • Exchange of defective/incorrect product will be delivered at our cost
